The proprietor of Coffee Mill Roasters Adel Aziz is a graduate of Saint Peters University with a degree in marketing and management. Also gaining formal education from a world-renowned culinary institution, he opened his first restaurant specializing in fine Italian cuisine. Here is where his admiration for food and coffee began while serving cortado, cappuccino, macchiato, and espresso.

Since our beginning of Coffee Mill Roasters its been our mission to offer our community superb cups of coffee along with fresh french baked goods. Bringing coffee lovers together in a serene and beautiful atmosphere. In 2011, our location in Millburn, New Jersey was established.

Here at Coffee Mill Roasters we roast our own beans in small batch. We make our beverages with top-of-the-line coffee beans imported from various countries around the world inclusive of but not limited to: Ethiopia, Kenya, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Brazil. We also offer the highest quality freshly roasted coffee beans from Jamaica's Blue Mountains.
